NADO is a registered NDIS provider and a not for profit, community-based charity that has supported people with disabilities, their families and carers in the Nepean and Blue Mountains region for over 40 years.
Alongside supporting people with disability, we are expanding our dedication care services to include support for Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) customers. It allows NADO to bring compassionate, personalised care to a broader community, ensuring that elderly individuals can receive the assistance they need to live independently within the comfort of their home.

About the Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will provide and deliver supports to CHSP customers in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
The role will see you perform domestic duties including but not limited to, cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and online shopping.
About you
- You have previous experience in aged care, or a similar caregiving role, preferred but not required.
- You can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and customer-centred approach.
- You have the ability to work independently
- You can demonstrate excellent communication skills with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality care
- You can provide a current NDIS Worker Check, valid First Aid Certificate with CPR, valid NSW Driver’s Licence and hold rights to work in Australia
- You can provide a registered and reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
