About the Role
This rewarding role involves providing one-on-one support to a woman with a disability who enjoys being out in the community.
You will support her to attend activities such as Tae Kwon Do classes and outings to get coffee, helping her engage in meaningful and enjoyable experiences.
The position is available on Mondays from 2:45pm to 6:45pm, and Thursdays from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistance with daily living
- Shift planning
- Documenting and progress note keeping
- Community access and transport (using your own vehicle)
- Work casual shifts on Mondays and Thursdays
Skills & Experience
- Cert III in Disability or similar
- Experience supporting people with disability
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
