You'll act as a trusted advisor to your brokers, identifying opportunities, workshopping deals, and ensuring seamless execution from introduction through to settlement.This role demands commercial acumen, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a high-performing national sales team.**Your role:*** Manage existing broker relationships and increase overall sales for your State.* Acquire new broker firms to increase portfolio size.* Build greater awareness of Angle’s value proposition in the market.* Identify and qualify opportunities with a quick turnaround.* Successfully deliver sales targets and strategic KPIs set by the business.* Collaborate with other members of the team to identify and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.**What you bring:*** Experience in a similar position in the Asset Finance space.* Proven success in managing broker relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets.* Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly.* A team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to work at pace.* Customer orientated and a strong relationship builder.Our people make us remarkable.
