The Role

We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-quality, confidential administrative support to the Chief Legal, Risk & Governance Officer/Company Secretary, the Head of Company Secretariat and Governance, and the Board of Directors. This role is central to the smooth running of executive operations and works closely with a team of EAs supporting the CEO, Chairman and Chief Officers.
Responsibilities
- Foster collaboration with executive assistants across diverse divisions to ensure our organisation operates seamlessly
- Provide high-quality and confidential administrative support, encompassing diary management and correspondence
- Assist in preparing confidential reports and correspondence on behalf of our Chief
- Efficiently coordinate and oversee Board and Committee meetings, including preparation and editing of documents and presentations and minute taking
- Manage the smooth flow of information and communication among our employees, businesses, and valued stakeholders
- Undertake responsibilities related to budget reports, travel arrangements, and event coordination for the Board, and the Legal, Risk & Governance Division
- Take charge of purchase requisitions and maintain office procedures
About You
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably with a background in legal matters or board paper preparation
- Display proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Word and PowerPoint
- Showcase your ability to administer and navigate the CBH Diligent Board portal effectively
- Uphold strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Demonstrate exceptional multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge relationships at all levels, internally and externally
- Beneficial: Knowledge of Diligent Board Portal is advantageous
- Familiarity with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Platform
