The Opportunity

Ready to take your career to the next level? Join us as an Assessment Services Consultant and become a key player in our Apprentice Connect Provider division Based in either Parramatta or Campbelltown, this is your chance to thrive with Australia's largest single provider.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be working closely with employers and apprentices to ensure both parties are well-prepared from the start. You'll conduct essential pre-commencement checks and clearly explain key processes, making sure the right support is in place for a smooth experience on both sides.

Day to day you will provide exceptional customer service and be responsible for but not limited to:

- Handle high-volume inbound calls and digital interactions to assist customers with the Australian Apprentice and Employer Get Ready Check process.

- Consistently meet performance targets, including call quality and handling time, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

- Deliver outstanding customer service by offering effective, timely, and customer-focused solutions.

- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and relevant partners.

- Accurately complete administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and updating internal databases.

- Ensure all customer information is accurate and up to date in line with organisational standards.

About You

You will be a positive, adaptable, and driven self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service and support. With experience in customer service, administration, recruitment or employment services you will bring your:

- Excellent phone manner for inbound and outbound calls

- Ability to analyse, interpret and follow guidelines and procedures

- Proven capacity to meet set targets and KPIs

- Passion for working collaboratively and consultatively with internal and external stakeholders

- Experience influencing and negotiating within a complex and fast-changing environment

- Strong attention to detail and proven accurate and efficient data entry skills

- Demonstrated high level of computer literacy across a range of programs
