The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and collaborative individual eager to advance their career in HR/People & Culture

Working directly with our Senior People & Culture Manager, you will ensure compliance with employment standards, maintain policies and employee documentation, and collaborate with our Distribution Centre on warehouse-related issues. You will also contribute to our company culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives and handling various inquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Learning and executing People Operations, ensuring compliance across data management, payroll, policies, NES, OH&S, and employment relations.
2. Staying informed about legal requirements affecting employee management and compliance.
3. Managing grievances in collaboration with leaders at the Distribution Centre and providing guidance to optimize team performance.
4. Supporting our annual people cycle, including performance, engagement surveys, and compensation programs.
5. Enhancing and managing onboarding and off-boarding processes.
6. Posting, sourcing, and managing job openings.
7. Office coordination, including liaising with building management and managing supplies.

Who are we looking for?

1. Experience working within a P&C/HR team is preferred.
2. Proactive, discreet, with high attention to detail.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
4. Strong stakeholder management skills and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
5. Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days in-office at Glebe, 3 days remote, with monthly visits to Chullora warehouse.
