Site Manager

Are you an experienced Site Manager ready to hit the ground running? Design & Build have partnered with a well-respected fit-out and refurbishment contractor to source a Site Manager for a 4-month contract in Bankstown. This project involves a fast-paced interior refurbishment, so we're looking for someone who thrives under pressure and can deliver results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring project timelines are met.
2. Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
4. Conduct site meetings and provide progress reports to the Project Manager.
5. Solve on-site issues efficiently to keep the project moving forward.
About You
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.
2. Strong communication and leadership skills.
3. Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
4. Sound knowledge of safety regulations and ability to implement safety measures on-site.
5. A trade background or relevant construction qualifications are highly regarded.
