Our client, a well-known and trusted brand in the fuel station industry, is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to drive success and foster a positive team culture at their busy Windsor Brisbane location.

About the role:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead by example, take pride in delivering exceptional service, and actively support your team daily. You will maintain a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for both staff and customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain high health and safety standards and actively manage risk to ensure a secure workplace
- Execute daily store operations with a hands-on approach to guarantee efficiency and smooth service
- Foster a positive workplace culture, lead by example, and support staff development

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a retail or hospitality leader in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices with a consistent commitment to uphold standards
- Collaborative, “can-do” attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed
