About The Role

The Assistant Store Manager role is a Full-time position based at Balcatta, WA. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist in customer service, sales and warehouse duties as part of the CSR team.

In This Role You Will
  • Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment, ensuring to Never Walk Past.
  • Assist in managing the sales and operation activities of the store.
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Assist in contributing to achieving store revenue and margin budgets.
  • Ensure compliance in the store with retail-ready standards and behaviours including housekeeping, merchandising and presentation.
  • Forklift licence is essential to assist with the warehouse duties.

Working hours: Monday 6:30am–4:00pm, Saturday 7:00am–12:00pm on a rotating roster. Saturdays will be paid at overtime rates.
