ABOUT THE ROLE

Regent College is seeking to appoint Middle/Upper Primary Teachers to join our School community commencing Term 1, 2026.

These roles are Full-Time 1.0 FTE fixed-term positions, with ongoing employment anticipated following successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.

Key to the Role

To carry out the professional duties of a teacher in accordance with the school’s policies, under the direction of the Principal. The successful applicants will have:

- Sound knowledge andexperience in Middle/Upper Primary education, with a strong grasp of the Australian Curriculum and Western Australian Curriculum.

- Knowledge and understanding of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers, including: Professional Knowledge, Professional Practice, Professional Engagement.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

- A creative, compassionate, and student-centred teaching approach

- A strong commitment to the development of the College pedagogy via avenues such as targeted professional learning and collaboration with colleagues.

- Confidence in expressing and modelling their Christian faith within the College community.
