About the role

We have an opportunity for a Manager, Policy to be part of our Employee Relations and Policy, People and Capability Command. The role leads and manages a team in the development, delivery and implementation of a portfolio of policy initiatives and reforms within the specific expertise of the functional area to support organisational objectives and/or Government commitments.

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $149,739 to $173,174 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
