As a Visual Merchandising Assistant, you will work alongside the Visual Merchandising Manager and play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by curating our world-class offerings.

Responsibilities

- Plan and implement visual experiences that bring the brand direction to life.
- Create merchandise displays that maximise sale opportunities for specific products or promotions.
- Maintain fixtures and equipment in line with safety standards.
- Set up promotional collateral throughout the store.
- Consider potential opportunities to further develop our visual impact.
- Work collaboratively with the greater team to ensure we are a premium retail destination of choice.
- Have completed or are working towards a Visual Merchandising or Design qualification.
- Are creative and have a keen eye for detail whilst also identifying commercial opportunities.
- Have experience working in a similar role.
- Thrive in an active environment where no two days are the same.
- Believe you have what it takes to represent the vision of David Jones and reinforce our place in the market as a leading international retailer.

Qualifications

- Completed or actively pursuing Visual Merchandising or Design qualification.
- Creative with a keen eye for detail and an ability to identify commercial opportunities.
- Experience in a similar role.
