We are a Workday partner company seeking an experienced Integration Consultant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining integrations within the Workday platform to enhance our organization's business processes. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of data and information.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, CoreConnectors, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Custom Reports.
- Utilize strong technical skills in XSLT, XML, and Java to create efficient integration solutions.
- Work with Web Services and APIs, including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards, to enable data exchange with external systems.
- Collaborate with functional and integration leads to understand and analyze business requirements, conducting working sessions with clients as necessary.
- Partner with clients and third-party vendors to design and implement technical solutions that align with business processes.
- Participate in Workday R1/R2 release reviews and testing, identifying the impact of new release features on existing integrations.
- Provide post-production support and assist with the implementation of integration solutions.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, developing alternative technical and functional approaches when needed to ensure project success.

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

- Minimum 5 years of experience in integration development with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end integration solutions.
- Prior hands-on experience with Workday integration tools highly regarded, including: EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) – both inbound and outbound, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Integrations, PECI, and WECI.
- Proficiency in XSLT, XML, and working with Web Services/APIs (SOAP/REST).
- Background in HCM and/or ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems creatively — beyond just following predefined playbooks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven experience in building strong client relationships.
- Ability to take ownership of deliverables, lead teams, and drive projects to completion.
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully within the Workday ecosystem.
