Our Wireline Services AMO Team is assembling and testing the latest products of wireline services, which is the beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our service delivery teams in mechanical, electronics, and electrical engineering to maintain our equipment.

Partner with the best
As an Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul (AMO) Mechanical Electrician, you'll troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and perform visual inspections of electro-mechanical assemblies. You'll assist in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to provide the best service delivery to clients and ensure compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.

As an Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul (AMO) Mechanical Electrician, you'll be responsible for:

- Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, Logging Unit, and Logging Truck.
- Troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling, and diagnosing mechanical electrical equipment for wireline services.
- Operating, inspecting, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Performing complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
- Performing preventative maintenance and conducting regular inspections and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC).
- Identifying and communicating technical problems using logical troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensuring compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have an Australian Electrical License with full working rights in Australia.
- Have knowledge of electrical motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment.
- Have at least a Diploma in a Technical or Trade background.
- Have knowledge of how to replace or recondition shafts, bearings, commutators, and other components.
- Demonstrate good written and oral communication in English.

- Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM with some flexibility in work and may require working overtime based on operational activities.
- This role requires working in the field with clients in both land and offshore across Australia.
