This is for two (2) Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 30 September 2027 with the possibility of extension.

The Organisation
Lotterywest is uniquely the only Government owned and operated lottery in Australia. We have supported the community for over 90 years with the purpose to operate a responsible and sustainable lottery that leaves an enduring positive impact for WA.
Lotterywest is also the employing agency for Healthway, the only State Government department dedicated to health promotion. For over 30 years, Healthway has funded projects and research to inspire Western Australians to live healthier lives.

The Gaming System Replacement (GSR)Project is a key strategic initiative to replace Lotterywest’s existing gaming platforms and associated services. This is a large scale, multi-year project of work that will drive significant change across people, processes and technology. This is an exciting opportunity to join the GSR team and be part of a complex transformation project working collaboratively with a diverse and talented team of passionate people.

Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Director GSR, the Senior Delivery Lead is responsible to drive strategic planning and delivery across key functions of the GSR project, fostering consistent operating rhythms and optimised workflows. It involves leading and facilitating agile planning processes, enabling high-performing teams to deliver project milestones efficiently and effectively. Additionally, the role is responsible for cultivating strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, transparency and successful project execution across all workstreams.
