The Role

We’re looking for compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and person-centred Support Workers to join our team. If you’re committed to building strong therapeutic relationships and bring a calm, proactive approach to behaviour support, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, providing consistent care to individuals with complex needs.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide support in the daily living activities to promote independence and wellbeing.

- Assist in achieving personal goals across various areas of life.

- Support the development of life skills through the effective implementation of established plans and programs.

- Actively participate in person-centred active support practices.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with organisational requirements.

Shifts
We offer a mix of casual and permanent part-time roles. Shifts follow a rotating 24/7

The ideal candidate will have:

- NDIS Worker Screening or DHS Disability related check

- Current Driver's Licence

- Current First Aid Certificate

- Current CPR

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or other relevant qualification
