Overview

As Head of Operations, you’ll oversee the end-to-end visitor journey, from retail and food & beverage to maintenance, customer service, and on-site experiences, ensuring every guest leaves inspired, delighted, and eager to return.

The Role

- Lead and empower a multi-disciplinary team spanning Food & Beverage, Retail, Visitor Services, and Maintenance
- Shape and deliver world-class visitor experiences, ensuring exceptional quality and seamless operations
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that grow revenue while enhancing guest satisfaction
- Oversee budgets, profitability, and workforce planning across all operational divisions
- Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects the organisation’s values and storytelling
- Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all departments

About You

- Proven experience in operational leadership across visitor attractions, tourism, hospitality, or retail
- Strong background in managing commercial divisions (F&B, Retail, or Facilities)
- Exceptional people leadership, you inspire high performance and collaboration
- Skilled in financial management, business planning, and strategic execution
- Resilient and solutions-focused with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and leading from the front
