About the opportunity

City of Palmerston is seeking a Human Resources professional with demonstrated experience supporting a small team to deliver innovative, progressive and future focused people initiatives through expert advice and contemporary practices. As part of the People and Customer team, the role also collaborates with and closely supports the Work Health and Safety and Customer Experience functions ensuring a safe environment and improved customer experience.

We are looking for someone with tertiary qualifications in human resources management, successful past performance in coaching people leaders, and a comprehensive knowledge of people matters and initiatives in relation to the delivery of contemporary human resource practices. Experience developing and delivering training and capability building programs is also a requirement.
