"Although I have only recently started my course, the Flower Power Academy has already helped me to expand my knowledge on plants and gardening, which enables me to better help our customers. I am really looking forward to learning more as the course goes on.
I love working at Flower Power because our great team makes every day fun. The job itself keeps me active and I get to spend lots of time outdoors which I love. I enjoy learning new things every day and feel like a valued team member."

“Being a grower at Flower Power is a very rewarding job. I consider myself very lucky to be able to come to work each day and put my energy into something I am passionate about. One of the best opportunities I have been given through this job is the opportunity to further my education in nursery operations through the Flower Power Academy. The flexibility of being able to complete my qualification while gaining hands-on experience has been invaluable and helps me every day in growing the best plants that I can.”
