We are in search of an experienced ITProject Manager to join our dynamic startup, Managed Service Provider (MSP)team. As the ICT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning,organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating quality-accredited ICTprojects. You will be accountable for the day-to-day operations of resourcing,scheduling, prioritization, and task coordination, ensuring the meeting ofproject milestones, objectives, and deliverables within agreed timeframes andbudgets.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end ICTprojects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget.

· Collaborate with clients tounderstand project requirements and expectations.

· Develop comprehensive projectplans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

· Coordinate and communicateeffectively with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.

· Identify potential risks andimplement proactive mitigation strategies.

· Track project progress, reporton key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

· Ensure projects adhere to bestpractices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

· Handle multiple projectssimultaneously, prioritizing tasks aligned with organizational goals.

· Foster a collaborative andpositive team environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

· Serve as a point of contactbetween clients and the internal team, addressing queries and concerns.

· Examining requirements forinformation and proposing technological solutions to fulfill those needs.

· Creating and guidingstrategies, policies, and plans for information and communication technology(ICT).

· Supervising the selection andimplementation of ICT resources, ensuring they align with project requirements.Offering user training for efficient system utilization.

· Managing ICT operations andprioritizing tasks among system developments, maintenance, and dailyoperations.

· Ensuring the security of ICTsystems.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 4 years of provenexperience as an IT Project Manager, specifically in a startup or MSP setting.

· Relevant academicqualifications in project management or a related field.

· In-depth knowledge of projectmanagement methodologies and tools.

· Strong leadership andcommunication skills.

· Ability to thrive in a startupenvironment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

· Experience working with ManagedService Providers and understanding their unique challenges.
