Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.* Support the creation of data driven workplace hypotheses towards 2030, identify critical data sources required to measure these & work with technology & data SMEs to implement aligned to this* Continuously monitor the testing of these hypotheses in “Test & Learn” environments—such as at 150 Collins St—and propose cost-effective iterative improvements, ensuring that new workplace ideas are robustly explored and refined for long-term 2030 readiness.* Deep dive to establish current workstyles & preferences using relevant datasets and establish workplace baselines to inform & support transformation strategies approaching 2030.* Integrate various data sources to identify workplace insights, define problem statements, propose solutions, and provide guidance to the Workplace Strategy Team in adoption of this approach towards 2030.* Support the development of data driven workplace & footprint strategies (e.g. Brisbane & Perth) to inform upcoming lease expiries whilst leveraging the opportunity to “Test & Learn” towards 2030* Support the development of detailed user stories designed to enhance property analytics tools under development by GBU, maximising their value and effectiveness for the Workplace Strategy Team’s objectives through to 2030+.**Location:**On-site –Sydney, NSWIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
