One of the world's largest freight & transportation organizations is now seeking a highly driven and hands-on Operational Supervisor to join their team.

Your new role:

1. Direct, monitor and manage the activities of supervisors/team leaders in the management functions to extend individual skills and achieve overall objectives.
2. Meet financial targets as set and agreed with the board of management.
3. In accordance with Branch/Corporate policy, undertake to employ, develop and administer qualified staff to ensure a high standard of client satisfaction.
4. Undertake department and staff performance reviews in accordance with clients commitments to its ISO 9002 accreditation.
5. Assist in identifying potential prospective customers to Sales and marketing.
6. Assist Business development, Sales and marketing in the development of operational.

4. The ability to prioritize your work and meet deadlines required.
5. Knowledge of relevant legislation.
6. Relationship management and influencing skills essential.
