We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring effective utilisation of Kalmar personnel and client equipment, and driving business growth.

The Operations Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the Service Manager in delivering high-quality customer service, managing site operations, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of technicians to ensure effective utilisation of Kalmar personnel and client equipment
  • Manage site operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to deliver high-quality customer service
Requirements
  • Mechanical or electrical engineering tertiary qualification or completion of year 12
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a mechanical or electrical industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily site activities
  • Ensure compliance with all site and company regulations
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement
