Our beautiful 84 place Ferntree Gully service is looking for a passionate lead educator to join our team. This role supports our youngest learners during a foundational stage of their development. At Nido we are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

As a Lead Educator in our nest, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging children’s learning and development to support their strong sense of identity. You will receive dedicated support from the Leadership team. This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children while creating an environment where you will rise and flourish.

About You

- Are an advocate for all children

- A kind and compassionate leader

- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and educators

- Striving to be knowledgeable in your role

Skills & Experience

- Working towards or hold a Diploma in Early Childhood

- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain

- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain

- Experience in leading a room or team is highly regarded
