With a proven track record of delivering projects that stand the test of time, we continue to grow and now have a rare opportunity for an experienced Site Foreman to join our dedicated Brisbane build team.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering diverse commercial projects ranging from $5m to $50m+. This is a hands‑on leadership position requiring a high‑calibre professional with a strong trade background and a reputation for successfully delivering quality outcomes. Experience in both structures and finishes will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate trades onsite to ensure seamless project delivery

- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards

- Work closely with the Site Manager to achieve program, budget, and quality targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

- Oversee WHS inspections, incident investigations, and promote a safe work environment

- Ensure environmental controls are implemented, monitored, and reviewed

- Review subcontractor scopes and ensure works are delivered to specification

- Manage defect rectification and ensure timely completion

- Contribute to “lessons learned” sessions to drive continuous improvement

About You

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman in Class 2–9 construction (BCA)

- Strong trade background with relevant competencies

- Open Builders Supervision Licence (QBCC)

- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams

- Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and quality‑driven mindset

- Strong understanding of time and financial management in construction delivery

- Tech‑savvy with experience using construction software/apps (e.g. Procore)
