As an innovation leader in the elevator and escalator industry, our award-winning products and solutions continue to push boundaries, rethinking how we use buildings for life, work and play.**Our work will take you in different directions**We’re looking for a **Customer Solutions Engineer** to join our **Modernisation Team** based in **Mascot, NSW.*** Identify optimal technical solutions for non-standard and modernization cases* Participates in customer meetings and answers customers’ technical questions when needed* Coordinate specification compliance with the sales team* Ensure that the proposed solution fulfils local codes, regulations and safety requirements* Provide content for pre-tender and pre-booking reviews (technical solutions, costs, lead times, risks, verification of technical content in contracts)* Responsible for solution costing* Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering* Relevant engineering experience in the elevator business highly desired* 2+ years’ experience in a highly regulated industry* Experience with AutoCAD & 2D desirable* Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity* Ability to read technical drawings and translate customer needs into technical specifications* Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, while managing time and priorities effectively* Enjoy career progression opportunities within a global organisation* Access a range of benefits that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to work* Grow with comprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skills**Note:** Applicants must either be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia or New Zealand to apply for this position.W firmie KONE koncentrujemy się na budowaniu innowacyjnej kultury współpracy, w której cenimy wkład każdej osoby.
