About the Opportunity: We are looking for the industry's best Assistant Manager to join our team. Be instrumental in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests and team.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

- Experience as an Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium a-la-carte dining environment
- Proven track record in leading a high performing team
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
