About the role:

Are you passionate about customer care and helping people see their best? Join our friendly, professional team as an Optical Dispenser at Bupa Optical Adelaide e St.

- You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and quality eyewear solutions to our customers

- Surrounded by a dedicated team and supportive leader you will play a key role in a high performing store

- Working with designer brands like Tom Ford, YSL, Prada and Gucci you can offer the best products in the market whilst delivering exceptional service to our customers

- Permanent full time opportunity & No weekend work

- CBD location; close to Central station

What you will do:

- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses tailored to their needs and style

- Accurately fit, adjust and repair glasses to ensure comfort and vision quality

- Provide expert advice on optical products, lens types, coatings and accessories

- Work closely with our optometrists to deliver outstanding customer experiences

- Maintain store presentation and uphold brand standards

About you:

- Previous experience as an Optical Dispenser is preferred but not essential

- Or Retail experience with a strong interest in healthcare

- A warm, professional manner with a focus on customer service

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative workplace

Successful candidate must have:

current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
