About the company
Our client is a leading occupier commercial and retail space. Due to internal growth and continued success within the organisation, there is now an opportunity for a National Property Manager to manage the portfolio of circa 250 leasehold assets nationally. In this role we are seeking an individual with exemplary problem solving and negotiating acumen to find win/win solutions for all stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Resolve escalated facilities management issues
- Negotiate lease renewals, extensions, make goods and relocations
- Manage landlord relationships
- Advise internal stakeholders on lease obligations
- Oversee property budgets
- Manage a Lease Administrator
- Travel required within this role

Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of property management/lease management experience
- Experienced negotiator
- Excellent relationships with landlords and peers
