We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team, providing top-quality service to customers in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of commercial equipment independently at client sites.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to clients in the field.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Technician, ideally within the commercial equipment or similar industries.
  • Electrical License is preferred; minimum qualification is a disconnect/reconnect certification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites.

About the Role:

This is a Monday-to-Friday role working 8am-4:30pm. You will be based in Brisbane, supporting our customers across the area.
