Key Responsibilities - Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with NESA curriculum standards for K-6. - Design learning experiences that support a diverse range of student needs through differentiated instruction. - Integrate digital tools into classroom practice to enhance teaching and learning outcomes. - Use student learning data to inform planning, assessment, and instruction. - Contribute to the school’s Deep Learning and Professional Learning Team (PLT) programs. - Participate in co-curricular and pastoral care programs as part of whole-school community engagement. - NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) teacher accreditation. - Current Working With Children Check (WWCC). - Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and academically rigorous classroom environment. - Understanding of, or willingness to adopt, Deep Learning pedagogies and evidence-based best practice. - Commitment to the values and Christian ethos of the Anglican Diocese of Grafton. Qualifications and Requirements - NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) teacher accreditation. - Current Working With Children Check (WWCC). - Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and academically rigorous classroom environment. - Understanding of, or willingness to adopt, Deep Learning pedagogies and evidence-based best practice. - Commitment to the values and Christian ethos of the Anglican Diocese of Grafton.
