Who We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Sourcing Specialist.
- Experience recruiting Developers/Engineers.
- Strong English written communication skills. Resume must be in English.
- Fast typing speed and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts for efficiency.
- Qualities Demonstrates ability to get things done, communicates reliably about the status of a project, outstanding attention to detail.
- Experience with the Following Tech Stack
- Job Boards: Indeed.com, Glassdoor.com, LinkedIn.com, Google.com
- Meeting Platforms: Skype, Google Meet, Zoom
- Google Drive: Drive, Docs, Excel
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Lever or similar
- Recruiting: LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout.com
- Search: Boolean Operators, PPC Skills Optional

What You’ll Do

- Managing every stage of the recruitment cycle
- Establishing touchpoints and maintaining follow through
- Consulting with others to craft holistic recruiting strategies
- Developing an unbiased and efficient interview process
- Deliberating with key stakeholders to identify personnel needs
- Writing job descriptions for both internal and advertising use
- Participating in the management of the employee referral program
- Incorporating a data-driven approach to optimize the hiring funnel
- Providing recruitment status reports to management
- Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Assisting with the future implementation and proper use of the ATS system
- Launching and developing the onboarding processes for new hires

Working Hours

3:30 pm - Midnight Philippines time (3:30 am - noon EDT, or 2:30 am - 11 am EST depending on the time of year). The half-hour break may be taken anytime between 6 pm - 8 pm local time.

Compensation

Negotiable, based on experience

Annual merit-based increases

We/'re currently looking for full-time team members who are able to work in our Cape Town office and the hours outlined below.

Office Locations: Cape Town Office: Waterview CI, Century City, Cape Town, 7441, South Africa

Work Hours: Monday through Thursday: 10:00 AM -7:30 PM SAST; Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM SAST
