We're looking for a committed candidate who is hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable working with your hands, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a variety of settings, as well as possess:

- An ability to work individually and cooperatively as part of our team
- A high standard of workmanship and ownership of assigned tasks and projects
- High value placement on customer satisfaction and maintaining customer relations

Key responsibilities:

- Diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split, ducted, cassette evaporative cooling, gas heaters, and hydronic heating
- Install, commission, and service equipment according to plans and specifications
- Cut, bend, and join piping; install brackets and system components (e.g. compressors, motors, filters, gauges)
- Connect piping and ducting to refrigeration systems and ensure proper alignment and fit
- Test systems for leaks, charge with refrigerant and ensure compliance with standards
- Calibrate and adjust refrigeration and air handling units for optimal performance
