This role, as part of a multidisciplinary team, screens, assesses, and prioritises individual and group treatment for mental health consumers according to the identified needs of the service. It involves planning, implementing, and evaluating individual and group Occupational Therapy interventions. You will manage an allocated caseload of consumers and direct Allied Health Assistants - OT with interventions for consumers of the service as required. Qualifications & Experience - Graduate of an Australian or overseas accredited Occupational Therapy program. - Current or imminent registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. - Experience in mental health or related clinical settings preferred. - Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
