What You’ll Do

- Lead daily spa operations, ensuring our facilities run like clockwork
- Own the client journey — from first-time visitors to lifelong members
- Recruit, inspire, and grow a team of 5–10 front-of-house staff
- Drive sales growth: memberships, packages, and upsells that fuel our expansion
- Build community connections: B2B partnerships, local engagement, and events
- Manage rosters, payroll, and compliance with precision
- Deliver internal marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities
- Track performance, analyse KPIs, and celebrate wins with your team

Who You Are

- An experienced General Manager ready to bring your leadership to a new challenge
- A Fitness Industry Sales Manager who knows how to build memberships and motivate a team
- A Beauty or Spa Leader with a track record of smashing KPIs and delivering five-star service
- A team leader with drive and ambition, ready to be trained and developed into a future GM
