The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and agile Website Content Manager for a 6-month contract to help deliver King Living’s new global website — our flagship digital platform connecting millions of customers worldwide. Working closely with the Chief Digital Officer and a cross‑functional project team, you’ll lead content creation, migration, and optimisation across global markets. You’ll combine creativity with technical precision, ensuring our new website reflects King Living’s design excellence, tone, and innovation. This contract role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced digital environment, balancing creative storytelling with structured content execution.
The Role
- Lead content planning, structure, and taxonomy for the new website.
- Write and edit engaging, SEO‑optimised copy aligned to King Living’s brand tone.
- Manage the migration of content from Magento to Contentful CMS.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Sora) for metadata, copy, and image creation.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency using PIM (Pimly) and SAP data validation.
- Apply basic HTML and Photoshop to refine layouts, imagery, and content quality.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, Brand, eCommerce, and Commercial teams to align tone and structure.
- Conduct QA testing across templates, devices, and regions to ensure launch readiness.
- Uphold SEO, accessibility, and metadata best practices across all pages.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in website content management or digital production roles.
- Strong experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful preferred).
- Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills, with attention to detail and brand tone.
- Knowledge of SEO, metadata, accessibility, and structured content principles.
- Experience using AI tools for copywriting and content enhancement.
- Proficient in Photoshop and basic HTML.
- Organised, self‑driven, and confident working within tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across creative and technical teams.
