Advertising Partnerships Manager

What you'll do:
- Collaborate with internal verticals and product teams to develop and execute marketing sales strategies that align with key partnership objectives.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with sellers and brand partners to maximise revenue outcomes and ensure long-term success for all stakeholders involved.
- Provide detailed insights and comprehensive reporting for partner stakeholders, using data-driven analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the wider team by maintaining accurate Salesforce data input, preparing financial reports, creating media schedules, and assisting in pipeline management activities.
- Deliver impactful marketing programmes that clearly communicate the value proposition within key categories through go-to-market initiatives, case studies, category deep dives, and sales enablement tools.
- Lead go-to-market outreach efforts and conduct one-on-one advertising sales across a portfolio of seller partnerships to achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Own and deliver on ambitious revenue goals by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
- Represent the organisation as an advocate within the advertising ecosystem by articulating the company’s mission at industry events and networking functions.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and continuous improvement.
What you bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing are highly desirable for this position as they provide a strong foundation for understanding complex market dynamics.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in digital media sales or key account management demonstrates your ability to navigate fast-evolving advertising landscapes.
- Proven expertise in strategising, implementing, and creating world-class opportunities that deliver optimal value for both partners and the business.
- Demonstrated success in strategic relationship management—ideally within an advertising context—showcases your ability to foster trust-based collaborations.
- Experience managing pipelines with consistent results in meeting or exceeding revenue targets highlights your dependability and commitment to shared goals.
- A track record of working effectively with senior agency stakeholders to identify new business opportunities underlines your interpersonal strengths.
- Exceptional negotiation skills combined with commercial acumen ensure you can secure mutually beneficial agreements that drive sustainable growth.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising principles and media sales processes enables you to offer valuable insights into campaign performance.
- Strong multitasking abilities allow you to prioritise competing projects without compromising on quality or deadlines.
- Excellent presentation, interaction, and communication skills—both verbal and nonverbal—make you a persuasive influencer capable of inspiring confidence among partners.
