Overview

What you will have the opportunity to do

- Work within the parameters of multiple funding models, including NDIS and Medicare

- Deliver individualised client-centred interventions to customers at our hubs, via telehealth and in community-based settings, including group homes

- Work collaboratively to achieve clinical excellence

- Contribute to innovative service improvements by ‘Looking for Better Ways’

- Be a part of a diversified and progressive disability service organisation

Your case-list will consist of a wide age range of people with a disability from paediatrics to adults with varying complexity and diagnoses to provide you with opportunities for ongoing clinical skill development.

What you will be required to demonstrate

- Excellent customer service that meets individual goals

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Well-developed clinical reasoning skills that are solution-focused

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, key stakeholders and team members

- Personal resilience working in a changing environment

Mandatory Selection Criteria

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Dietitian

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognised institution

- Membership as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with Dietitians Australia

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number

Desirable Selection Criteria

- Experience working with individuals with disabilities of all ages with a working knowledge of enteral nutrition guidelines

- Experience working with a paediatric caseload

- Experience working within an interdisciplinary team
