What you'll do

As a hands-on Full Stack Engineer, you’ll partner with the Engineering Lead and the wider Apps & Integrations team to bring one of our newest products to life. Currently at proof-of-concept stage, you’ll play a key role in delivering the MVP and shaping what comes next.

You’ll work across both front-end and back-end technologies - though with a stronger focus on front-end development, contributing to new initiatives and supporting existing platforms. This is a collaborative role where you’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, user-focused software that makes an impact.

To make this happen, you will:

- Build responsive web apps using SvelteKit/NextJS
- Write and maintain reliable backend services in C#/.NET
- Contribute to architectural decisions and improving our CI/CD and cloud infrastructure
- Squash bugs and maintain the health of existing systems
- Collaborate in agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Work collaboratively with team members and a variety of other LEAP personnel.

What you'll bring

- 4+ years’ experience in software development
- Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS and frameworks like NextJS or Svelte
- Familiarity with backend development using C#, Node.js or similar
- Experience working with REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containers (e.g. Docker)
- Experience with LLMs and other emerging AI technologies
- A collaborative mindset and good communication skills
- Self-motivation and a desire to take ownership of work
