Join Torrens University as a Future Students Service Coach and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing, student-focused team. In this exciting and rewarding position, you'll inspire and develop team members through targeted training and ongoing support that drives real results. You'll be at the heart of our enrolment success—identifying opportunities for growth, closing performance gaps, and leading initiatives that elevate both individual and team outcomes. Accountabilities:

Development & Coaching

- Conduct regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions to help recruitment staff meet and exceed their targets

- Evaluate individual and team performance, offering constructive feedback and creating development plans.

Training Program Design & Delivery

- Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to different levels of the recruitment team.

- Create onboarding training for new hires, ensuring they quickly understand systems, processes, and recruitment strategies

Process Improvement

- Collaborate with the recruitment leadership team to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

- Work closely with the recruitment operations team to refine and enhance recruitment processes and CRM systems.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Monitor key performance metrics and provide feedback to the recruitment team to drive results.

- Identify trends in recruitment performance and design strategies to address challenges and seize opportunities.

Who you are:

- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in recruitment or coaching roles, ideally in education or related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.

- Ability to analyse recruitment data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Proven experience in training and coaching individuals to achieve recruitment targets.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

This is a permanent full-time role located at our Surry Hills Campus in Sydney.
