The role focuses on the critical administrative tasks associated with a student's enrolment record, with a focus on accuracy of data and compliance with internal and external processes and procedures.The role will process new and continuing student change requests, and returning student applications, ensuring all student enrolment data is up to date and recorded accurately in the Student Information System (SIS) and PRISMS.It is a requirement of this role to maintain compliance with Admission Policy Requirements and Australian Government Legislative Requirements and provide high levels of customer service and attention to detail ensuring the highest standard of delivery to all stakeholders both internal and external.The role encompasses liaison with students, agents, third party partners, corporate partners and university partners.
This is a role which requires a very high level of product and industry knowledge relating to all aspects of student education and training.Please click here to review Job Description.This is a permanent full-time role with a location preference of Sydney or Melbourne; however, for the right candidate, we are open to any of our other campuses – Brisbane or Adelaide.Accountabilities:Responsible for processing new and continuing student change requests including the assessment and issuing of admissions documentation within agreed turnaround timelines, domestic and international admission requirements, procedures and standards.Ensuring timely and accurate processing of student requests, e Co Es and offer letters in order to maximise the conversion of enquiries into offers and enrolments.Assessing student change applications and requests according to international admissions standards and in compliance with the Australian Government Legislative Requirements.Communicating outcomes of student change application requests to required stakeholders.Liaising with onshore and offshore stakeholders, partners and potentially education agents to; gather related documentation, communicate outcomes and feedback, issue offer letters and Co Es, and conduct appropriate follow up where needed.Ensure all agent and student queries are dealt with in a professional and expeditious manner.Maintain accurate student records using student information systems (SIS) and processes to ensure all databases are kept up to date with accurate and detailed information.We Are Looking For:Previous experience in a similar position within the education sectorRelevant experience and education and/or trainingProven organisational skills with an ability to manage competing deadlines while working underpressureHigh level of attention to detail and commitment to qualityEffective communication skills and the ability to give directions and follow instructions.Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications (e.g.
