Lion, home to Australia’s most iconic beer and ready-to-drink (RTD) brands – XXXX, Stone & Wood, Four Pillars and Kirin Hyoketsu (to name a few) – is looking for a customer-obsessed trailblazer who thrives on collaboration and exceeding targets to be our RTD Sales Executive in Townsville, covering the territory from Innisfail to Mackay. If you’re based in Townsville or surrounds, are motivated by delivering exceptional experiences for customers, and are ready to engage with heart, this full-time, permanent role is your opportunity to shine.
Your Mission
- Own Your Targets: Achieve your sales targets with purpose and energy, delivering results you and your team can be proud of. Ensure our brands are flawlessly executed in both on-premise and off-premise channels.
- Hunt with our Pride: Relentlessly pursue new business opportunities while strengthening and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Win with our Customers: Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver winning outcomes for the customer, consumer and Lion. Balance the hustle with key admin and system tasks to keep orders, reporting and records spot on.
- Be a Brand Advocate: Represent Lion with passion, bringing our brands to life by executing high-impact plans that resonate with consumers. Get hands-on, from building displays to merchandising stock, keeping our products looking their best.
- Inspire and Educate: Lead tastings, events and training sessions that leave a lasting impression, keeping the consumer at the heart of every interaction.
Your Edge
- Proven Sales Success: You’ve made your mark in sales, whether in liquor, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, retail, or hospitality, and you thrive on exceeding targets. RTD sales experience would be a major advantage.
- Relationship Builder: You’re a connector and a closer, fostering partnerships that deliver long-term success for both Lion and our customers.
- Driven to Own It: Challenges energise you, you take ownership and step up with a proactive attitude to deliver results.
- Local Market Insight: Gives you an edge in understanding the needs and opportunities in your community, and how to use it to achieve exceptional results.
- Must-Haves: A valid driver’s licence and permanent working rights in Australia.
There are 4-5 nights of overnight travel per month as part of the gig.
