- Build a strong risk culture within the organisation through training and awareness programs, promoting a culture of proactive risk management and accountability.
- Develop insights, challenge assumptions, and present findings clearly to stakeholders. Utilise critical thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, providing strategic guidance on risk appetite and tolerance. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment on risk management strategies.

Desired Skills and Experience

Demonstrated Capabilities

- Strong risk management skills, including technical knowledge and analytical abilities.
- Industry experience in risk consulting, equity capital markets, or similar fields, with business operations understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and presenting insights.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a drive for personal and professional growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
