We are looking for someone with:

- Strong leadership experience including managing high performing team through period of change

- Demonstrated experience in senior stakeholder management including Executives, Board and Committee desirable

- At least 5 years’ experience post CA/CPA qualification desirable

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading monthly management reporting

- Overseeing financial performance and investment portfolio management

- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements

- Driving the business planning and forecasting process

- Providing strategic financial recommendations to support decision-making

- Offering financial leadership to guide key business strategies and outcomes with other departments

About You

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

- Relevant degree (Accounting, Finance, or related field).

- CA or CPA qualified.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven experience in conducting financial investigations and making strategic recommendations.

- Proficient in process documentation, data analysis, and reporting.

- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder relationship management and leadership.
