Position Summary
This is a permanent full‑time position commencing Term 1, 2026.
Our school was established in 2012 and is focused on ensuring a high‑quality education for all of our Kindergarten to year 6 students. As an Independent Public School, we combine the strength of a public school system with the flexibility to make local decisions to better meet the needs of our diverse community.
The Role
As the Associate Principal, you will play a key role in providing educational leadership across our large school. You will work collaboratively with the Principal and the team of deputy principals.
You will ideally utilise effective change‑management strategies for continuous improvement and workforce effectiveness, leading and supporting staff to enhance student outcomes. The successful applicant will promote and maintain high expectations and assist in leading Teaching, Learning and Assessment across K‑6.
They will be collaborative and team‑focused, working with the leadership team, teaching and support staff to establish and deliver processes and policies that progress student achievement and ensure everyone learns, grows and thrives.
The Associate Principal will manage administrative and operational systems to ensure effective school operations, including compliance with regulations.
