Mining

Our global team of over 5,200 dedicated mining professionals are supporting the industry to decarbonise mining operations in the accelerating green transition. Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you’ll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects. We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.

What you’ll do:

- Deliver fit-for-purpose electrical engineering solutions across sustaining capital projects.
- Producing and reviewing engineering documentation; technical drawings and specifications, datasheets, scope of works and material requisitions.
- Conduct comprehensive electrical design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide electrical subject matter expertise to assist in scope creation, procurement packages, schedules and client specifications and clarifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, civil, structural, and controls engineers.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and designers.

About You

- Bachelor of Engineering - Electrical
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong background in sustaining capital or brownfield projects
- Prior experience working within an Engineering Services environment
- Ability to independently undertake project and technical analyses, and report on results
- Mixture of LV and HV design experience and ability to deal with vendor packages
