Pearson VUE offers a great environment to start or grow your career; we are now hiring for a Casual Test Administrator to join our team at Box Hill, Melbourne AU.

Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts across Weekday (Monday to Friday) and Weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Our operating hours are between 7am and 11pm.

We offer an attractive pay rate of $37.13. Candidate must be open to flexible work ranges of shifts in the morning and evening. This is strictly a Casual position and will remain as such.

Responsibilities:

- Providing an exceptional customer service and a secure exam delivery environment.
- Complying with all testing procedures and strictly adhering to company policies.
- Checking and verifying candidate’s identification against test registration; and helping them to set up for the test.
- Explaining the exam procedures and proctoring/invigilating candidates while testing.
- Troubleshooting with internal departments to fix any technical issues.
- Escalating any policy breaches immediately to relevant business personnel.
- Completing light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination schedule.
- Other ad hoc duties as directed.

Qualifications:

- A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
- Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time and be able to bend and lift to 20 lbs independently.
- Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices and see details from a distance.
