The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office by providing administrative support, managing communications, and coordinating office activities.
This role supports staff and management to maintain an organised and productive work environment.
This role is offered with permanent part time hours - 12 hours per week worked 4 hours each Monday, Wednesday and Thursday to ensure coverage for board and executive meetings.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES & TYPICAL ACTIVITIES
- Ensuring the office is well stocked by monitoring supplies and ordering stationary and other office essentials as required
- Managing building maintenance and log issues, ensure you have followed up as required.
- Arrange coffee and catering for monthly Executive and Board meetings in the office.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Support the Executive team with administrative tasks to improve workflow.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
