(Great news if you’re looking for a fresh start - NEW SITE contracted with Cater Care) It still requires a passion for creating clean and safe spaces, from Mine Site Cleaners to Housekeeping or Kitchen Utility departments the emphasis is on ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner creating a clean and safe environment for all. Getting a start in the industry opens doors to develop greater skills, where room for career growth and development is available. Job Description To name a few of your daily routine for one of these roles (Mine Site Cleaner/Housekeeper/Kitchen) or combined Utility All Rounder at Cater Care encompasses a variety of tasks, including: - Setting up and clearing dining rooms - Dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen, equipment & dining areas - Maintaining legislated food hygiene and safety practices - Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude - Assisting the broader team as required - Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods - Dining Room Duties - maintain cleanliness, stock and crib food levels - Housekeeping Duties - room and ensuite cleaning, making beds - Common Area Cleaning - emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning - MineSite Cleaning - cleaning offices, crib huts, bathhouses Desired Skills and Experience The Ideal Applicant Will Have: - Experience working as a cleaner 12 months + - Utility (Housekeeping / Kitchen Utility) experience 6 months + - A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service - A motivated, enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment - Pride in personal appearance & hygiene - Drivers License (Auto or Manual) To apply: If you are seeking a professional career and great working conditions, please send your resume and cover letter by clicking the "Apply for this job" tab or via our website www.catercare.com.au.
