About the Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller (FC), the successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day accounting requirements in a professional and efficient manner and be hands-on in regard to dealership management.

Duties will include

- Reconciliation of Bank Statement and Balance sheet accounts

- Assist with month-end processes, including P&L reviews and variance analysis

- Resolution of financial queries from management

- Monthly financial reporting and manufacturer reporting

- Management of Fixed Asset Register ensuring adherence to Capex Policies

- Assist with budgets, Year-end process, audits and other compliance activities

- Assist the FC with the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department

Skills & Experience

If you are someone who has great attention to detail, is highly motivated, and has the ability to prioritise work accordingly – we want to hear from you

You would ideally possess:

- Exceptional communication skills

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Accounting Degree

- CPA/CA qualified or working towards

- Strong proficiency in Excel

- Experience using Pentana ERA will be highly regarded but not essential

- Enjoy working as part of a team
